- For training course and test registration, please see below of procedure.
- The deadline for submitting application form for each test course will be 30 days before the test date.
Refund Policy
- A processing fee of $200 will be charged for cancellations made 14 days or more before the event. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event, although substitutions may be permitted. Refunds will not be provided for applicants who do not attend. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to info@usgtf-flc.com. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and fees refunded within 10 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
- All applications which are submitted after that date will be charged additional $100.
