Getting Certified

Our goals at certification courses are:
  • To ensure you are taught how to teach every facet of the game
  • To ensure that you enjoy the process.
  • To find out your level of teaching status and understand better about your teaching method.

Certification courses are combined both with classroom Theory and learning on the Golf Course
  • Common Sense Golf Teaching Ideas
  • Understanding Ball Flight Laws
  • Teaching the Golf Swing – Full Swing, Short Game & Trouble Shots
  • Psychology of Teaching Golf
  • Rules of the Game
  • Marketing Yourself as a Golf Teaching Professional
  • Clubfitting – What Teaching Professionals Should Know
  • Faults & Cures for Teaching Professionals
  • Use of Video in teaching

Level 3 Certification Course(USGTF Full Certification Professional Golf Teachers Training)
  • It is not necessary to attend Levels I and II prior to Level III Full Certification. The Level I and II courses are provided as an option to make it more convenient to progress in the industry comfortably at your own pace.
  • All certification courses program normally start on Saturday and ends on following Monday.
    (Normally 9.5 hours per day for 2 days)
  • Classroom Theory program will take 2 days from Saturday to Sunday and PAT(Playing Ability Test) will take 1 day.(Monday)

Level 4 Certification Course(USGTF Master Golf Teaching Professional® Certification) 
  • Level 4 certification course program will take 2 days.
  • One day of inside lesson and one day of field test.
  • Onsite demonstration of various golf shots. Participants must be able to perform the following: hit a fade, draw, low shot, high shot, chip shot, pitch shot, etc.
  • Candidates must give a presentation on a written thesis that lasts approximately 20 minutes
